Todays Actifit walk post is a multi use post

First of course it is my actifit post with shots of walking along the Highline this morning, secondly for my phone photos I was focusing on the color yellow for the Color Challenge Wednesday Yellow hosted by @kalemandra, and I did better than yesterday every photo has some yellow in it, and also this will be my entry for the Shadow Photo Contest hosted by @melinda010100 you can see her post describing it for this week here the theme this week is sign shadows

And one of the first things I saw that was yellow this morning before I got to the Highline was this sign and its shadow, plus as a bonus it includes my shadow.

And also before getting to the Highline I saw this construction site with te yellow crane

Now I am up on the start of the Highline, at this point near the Hudson Yards area, they have these series of pendants flying over the walkway, and the first ones happened to be yellow, so I was on a roll for finding yellow things for this post.

A little but further around the walkways but still near Hudson Yards as you will see in the next shot, there are 16 yellow squares in the shot, and no I did not count them but they are numbered starting at 1 and finishing at 16 , I am guessing these are the track numbers for the train tracks

Now further along the Highline park, I looked down and saw the yellows of the construction vehicle and the taxi.
Now if your wondering what the Highline is, it is a cool Park in NYC, that is built on the old and previously unused elevated train Tracks in the Meat Packing District of NYC that runs from 14th Street to 34 Street by Hudson Yards.

This next shot shows what the highline is like, nice walkways with greenery and flowers either side, and art pieces spread around the park, plus keeping with the yellow theme, the yellow emergency call box.

And as I often do I thought I would share a route map of this mornings walk, being on an elevated walkway I could not zig and zag as much as I do on most of my walks

Not sure how my steps will be tomorrow the holey sock has given me a big blister on my foot but let’s see how I do
