GERMAN OUTRAGE: SCHOOL, ABUSE, IMMIGRANTS, CPS PRESSURE

This story is a real brave confession that opens all closets with skeletons...

Nikolay Erney is a Russian German from Tomsk. He moved to Germany from Russia in 2016. He found a well-paid job, rented an apartment in the elite district of Cologne, gave birth to a daughter. Nikolai - or Klaus - just wanted to live in a democratic country, as he said, where there is honesty and protection.

In reality in 3 years, in 2019, he had to come back to home, to Russia, because of real hell they suffered from..

Germany is full of immigrants, and the problem is they sometimes have more protection than other citizens. But not Nilolay and his family. Russians are pressured more than any other nation, as he says.

The son of Nick went to a small state school. The 1st grade, time of inspiration...but not in this case.

An Afghan boy Hamza became a real thread to the boy's life!
He pressured many kids, and Nick's son was one of them

Max, the son, says that the Afghan attacked him and even struck his throat with his finger with words: “You will be dead".

Parents and the boy were shocked and frightened.

They went to the school head, at the same time they informed the education department, the city administration, the social service of the city and the social service of the district.

Results were shocking - nothing!
They all said about the right of this boy to get education and about mercy of Germany to grow up such kids together with other children because it's the best way to assimilate them to normal life.

Nick decided to stop school education, choosing unschooling, but it is forbidden in Germany!

All kids must attend schools, private or state ones - no matter, but only schools. Moreover, any absence of a kid at school is punished by penalties for his parents - 150 euro for 1 day!
Then it can be a prison for a week, and then CPS will come to you, and you can lose your kid forever.

Nick says that healthy, smart, white kids are the first ones who are under the risk of being taken away by social services.

What is the way out then?

To stay at that school and fight with offenders or to change the school.

The 1st variant - no. Otherwise, the boy would be punished all the time.
Why? Because if fighting happened, not Hamza was guilty as teachers thought, he never was punished!

Other kids who protected themselves were considered to be aggressive and were punished! Total tolerance to immigrants..

The 2nd variant was better but private schools cost 20,000 euro per year.
It was too much for this family, moreover, they had 2 kids.

Another state free school?
Yes, it could be a way out, but immigrant problem was everywhere! Nick found info about all schools in his city: parents claimed for immigrant outrage in all of them. Moreover, their school tried to do its best to make Nick stay there and stop this scandal.

They even tried to make a bad characteristic paper for the boy to prevent their leaving (this paper has great importance in Germany in all kindergartens, schools and working places).

Nick knocked in all doors: laweyrs, officials, even to the Parliament departments. He got different answers but they all have one similarity - no punishment for immigrants! Troubles at schools were considered to be a part of growing up, of teenaging.
But if a thread for life is an ordinary school problem? Police explained that they would do nothing until a crime happened. They saw no problem in the situation as well. So when you are alive and healthy, you do not need their protection.

Lawyers advised him not to start any fighting with the system because he would lose. But he tried. He went to the court. But such cases are too complicated, and they always last many years.

What did the family do?

They had to emigrate from Germany. Now they are in Russia, and Nick fights for justice being here in safety.

Hi @taliakerch

Wow what a sad story about everything for the kid.

It is very unfortunate that this happens in a first world.

I can give you an example in Latin America happens quite the opposite. Venezuela is currently run by a group of communist criminals, and many Venezuelans were able to flee from Venezuela.

Well what happens in Latin America especially to Venezuelan emigrants to the country where they arrive are mistreated just because they are Venezuelans.

All kids must attend schools, private or state ones - no matter, but only schools. Moreover, any absence of a kid at school is punished by penalties for his parents - 150 euro for 1 day!

That is, in case you don't enroll your kid at any school.

Then it can be a prison for a week, and then CPS will come to you, and you can lose your kid forever.

Home schooling should always be an option. That's because sometimes homeschooling is the best option in a bad situation. In Finland, for example, some school buildings have had serious problems with indoor air quality problems resulting from moisture damage in the structures resulting in the impossibility of going to school for some pupils. In the small town of Akaa, for example, a group of parents took their kids from school as a protest against the municipality. Pupils who have been absent larger than normal numbers of hours per term from school because of health problems caused by poor indoor air quality have been reported to the local CPS. Source

Home schooling is legal but rare in Finland. It can be the solution in a situation where a child cannot attend any school in his/her municipality.

Here's a map showing the legality of homeschooling by country in 2019:

Homeschooling international status and statistics
Homeschooling is legal in many countries. Countries with the most prevalent home education movements include Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Some countries have highly regulated home education programs as an extension of the compulsory school system; others, such as Germany, have outlawed it entirely. In other countries, while not restricted by law, homeschooling is not socially acceptable or considered undesirable and is virtually non-existent.
