I hope you all are good and enjoying your lives, by the grace of Allah almighty. Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 18 has started, and I'm participating first in this contest because it's a very important topic and many of us can relate our lives to the problems of others and can cope with their solutions too.

Lets move towards the contest

Describe what situations can cause you anxiety.

Our anxiety changes with the change in our age, our responsibilities, our relationship, financial situations, health issues, job-related problems, etc. In this contest, I will share the main anxiety that I'm facing these days. I have several health issues, and all these are interconnected, so I have anxiety about my bad health. Health is real wealth, and we realized it when we lost it.

My daughter is married now, and her immigration to Canada will be soon after the completion of her education, most probably before the end of this year, so this is another pressure on me. My daughter will go to another country, which makes me sad.

I was very active and full of excitement, but now that I couldn't complete daily tasks on time, struggling with daily work increased my anxiety. I have lost control of my home; an improper house makes me anxious.

When I see myself not fulfilling my responsibilities as a mother, wife, and daughter, I become more anxious.

How do you deal with this feeling?

When I became stressed i try to change my bad routine. I spend more time with kids. My daughters always understand my condition they motivate me. I go out for shopping or to eat food .

I play games to cope with anxiety or watch movies with family. My husband always show positive role to tske me out from my anxiety.

I'm very positive and gives positive reasons of all bad situation to myself and my family. I always take me out from this darkness to light phase. Im very grateful to Allah almighty who blessed me many things and this gratitude always takes me out from anxiety.

Being human i go to the phase but i always try to be happy.

Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

There are many simple tips, by practicing them you can over come your anxiety. Its a gradual process and it involves combination of strategies to reduce stress.

  • Meditation is very good þo fight eith anxiety. In every religion people worship their God. Im Muslim and we offer prayer five times a day. Our prayers are good example of Meditation and i feel recharged and fresh afyer every prayer.

  • Makeyou life more active by adding exercise, walk ,bicycling etc. Active body is less anxious.

  • Take healthy diet ,avoid harmful foods to lerp your health good.

  • Take enough amount of sleep ,its very important for overall health benefit and ti avoid anxiety.

  • Always stay positive, in every situation it really helps you in bad situation and cope with anxiety.

  • Stay connected with your family, friends and love once.

  • Think practically, make your goals that can be achieve by hard-working practically. .Don't live in a dream life.

  • Remove negative people from your life to minimise your negativity from life.

  • Dont expect more from others ,it makes you mentally ill.

Oh God, I can't even imagine my children leaving home and even less to another country, it must be hard and even more with your health condition but I see that you are making a great effort to get ahead, you like to write, you are active here and all your suggestions are appropriate, try to be positive is the best, sleep the full hours, healthy eating, are the main ones to follow.

Don't take the pressure of all these things and focus on your health as well. Daughters have to leave one day, that they should be able to fulfill their responsibilities at their own homes. You are a great mother.

Yes it is true you are right with the change of age, responsibilities, the home and the house do factor into the cause of our anxiety. Ooh I understand that this stage can be hard for you or somewhat difficult as a parent seeing their child leave to raise a family can be very upsetting but I really hope you do well in the new direction your daughter has decided to take with God's favor everything will go very well for her in Canada.

My dear friend anxiety is part of life and most of the time its unwanted, how beautiful you cope with it and did amazing to deal with it.

You spent more time with more kids and its good thing which you do as it change routine and we feel good.

You also moved out for shopping and eat food its really a fantastic idea to deals with the anxiety.

Yes, I agree with your points that as we age and take on more responsibilities, anxiety tends to increase. I understand that for a woman managing everything at home, it can be extremely hectic and sometimes lead to anxiety.
