WEEKLY REPORT: Steem Representative 20/11-26/11/23
Hello my dear Steemians,
Another week passed and it is a time to summarise what happen last week 20/11-26/11/23
Last week as a short notice I have taken voluntarily 3 night shifts for one of the colleagues therefore, it was one 9,5 day work and hours and 3x12,5 night shifts. That is why I had quite quickly passed week.
The routine week on Steemit went as usually successful.

My weekly post where I highlight certain users or communities is going on as planned.
This time I decided to dedicate my post to three users, there was no certain topic but the main goal was to help others who are in need. Health is very important topic and I try to do everything where I can help out those who need help in order to support their family or children.
Also, there are some charity projects that some of users run and I am quite happy to highlight them in my post too.
I am grateful for the Steemit Team for supporting this "Spotlight" Initiative and for the opportunity to support the highlighted users with sharing the reward with them.

I managed continuing my work as Moderator of WOX community, while going through the posts that are posted in our communities we pay attention to original content but also that users follow the rules and citing the sources when using not only the texts but also the images or videos that they use as references for their drawings.
*There was a new user on Steemit who was not aware about the necessity of citing the sources, it is the same like using text from Internet source and not referring to it, I was glad to see that the user understand that the references need to be presented and I hope that user will follow that simple rule. As moderators in any community we should seek the ways how to educate new users and help them through their path in Steemit journey.
The same time we notice that some users recycle the content of their posts, posting after some time on other communities, that is also something that we discuss and point in our discord.

We are heading towards the last few days of curation in November and I must say that we became a good team, it is always sad to leave the teams when there is an end of the month. It was great experience and good colleagues!

This time I could not miss the topic about Christmas, it is my favourite fest of the year, there is always a bit of magic in the air. No matter how old we will be we still remain children in our souls who believe in magic.
The other challenge is about our environment and how to improvement that is why my contribution to it.
