principle of Avle

There are two contradictions in blockchain SM.
Differences in economic rewards and the formation of communities.

Blockchain Social Media assumes rewards, but if rewards are too emphasized, communities cannot be formed.
The reward is that the community has different principles of how it works.

If we solve these inconsistencies and contradictions, blockchain Social Media will succeed.
We know from past experience that equitable distribution of rewards is not the solution.

What's the solution?
If you can enjoy community activities regardless of compensation, that could be a solution.
So AVLE is considering not to check the compensation amount of others right away.

It's because of the expectation that we can do community activities regardless of the amount of compensation.
This attempt may lead to another failure.

I think this kind of failure is also a stepping stone to the next success.
If we fail, we know what doesn't work.

블록체인 SM에는 두가지 모순이 작용합니다.
경제적 보상의 차이와 커뮤니티의 형성입니다.

블록체인 Social Media는 보상을 전제로 합니다만 보상이 너무 강조되면 커뮤니티가 형성되기 어렵습니다.
보상은 보상대로 커뮤니티는 커뮤니티대로 작동하는 원리가 다르기 때문입니다

아마도 이런 불일치와 모순을 해결해야 블록체인 Social Media가 제대로 발전할 수 있을 것입니다.
보상을 공평하게 나누어 주는 것이 해결책이 아니라는 것을 우리는 지난 경험으로 알고 있습니다

무엇이 해결책일까요?
보상에 무관하게 커뮤니티 활동을 재미있게 할 수 있다면 그것도 해결방안이 될 수 있을 것입니다.
그래서 AVLE에서는 타인의 보상금액을 바로 확인하지 못하도록 하는 방안을 고민 중입니다.

보상 금액에 구애받지 않고 커뮤니티 활동을 할 수 있도록 했으면 좋겠다는 기대 때문입니다.
이런 시도가 또 다른 실패로 이어질 지도 모릅니다.

저는 이런 실패도 다음의 성공을 위한 디딤돌이라고 생각합니다.
만일 실패하게 되더라도 우리는 무엇이 작동하지 않는가를 알게 되니까요
