What up STACKERS!
Yes, another day at the gym watching peeps do some cardio JK LOL.
Iโm just wondering if people know that these machines donโt usually work and lifting weights is 10x better for weight loss?
Theyโll figure it out one day I guess...
Iโve been out of commission for the last 7 day with the flu and Iโm still feeling it but I just had to go. I got some goals in 2019! :-)
What is the saying? Just getting to the gym is 99% of the battle!
Even though my workout sucked today, I felt much better afterwards. Iโm just trying to sweat out the flu! LOL
Another one in the books! Now I just have to watch my diet! Been eating 3-4 candy bars a day haha

most trainers agree that it depends on what your goals are. If you are looking to lose weight, diet is far more important than the gym (although going to the gym is good for everyone) For me i do mostly weights because I hate the cardio machines but i still do about 20 minutes on one of them just for the obvious benefits of increasing your heart rate. However, i can get my heart rate up just fine by going with lighter weights with higher reps and no (or short) breaks between sets.
It can just be a bit difficult to pull this off in a crowded gym because circuit training is kind of a jerk move if there are lots of people around.
Your so right, I always believed diet is 90% of weight lose. The gyms are so crowded this month, so many newbies ๐คฃ

Slow and steady..back to rhythm๐ ....start gyming is not a day work. You slowly need to build upon the entire routine...and who know better than you....stackin๐

That's true....my first day exp at gym 5 year ago was very memorable. ....I fell on floor within 15 min๐๐คฃ ....but not now

Daily sport is an obligation for our health, for me I prefer to walk in nature 45 min a day, it is very effective for the proper functioning of the heart and also to lose weight.
