Slow and steady..back to rhythm👍 ....start gyming is not a day work. You slowly need to build upon the entire routine...and who know better than you....stackin👍

That's true....my first day exp at gym 5 year ago was very memorable. ....I fell on floor within 15 min😂🤣 ....but not now
