So the previous night was a little crazy the official meeting time for our Steemfest3 pre-drinks was 20.00 but I went down earlier to get my name-tag plus when I checked into the hotel there was obviously "to no surprise" many Steemians "lobbying".

As I started going down the stairs I could already ear all the buzz from a few floors up, I just knew this was Steemfest3 related noise.
I got my tag and wristband but not without getting myself into some conversations.
I then came back to my room to put my goodie-bag away and check out what was inside before the actual official pre-drinks gathering.

But it hit 20.00 quickly and I was down those stairs and boy was the chatter even louder then before, there must of been 3 times as many people, it was simply awesome.
Obviously from there alot of drinking was involved and things got abit more fun, some went out clubbing others explored the city and had their dinners, but many still stayed in the lobby till 3-5 in the morning.
I remember when I got to my room which is 6 floors up! I could still hear Steemians making noise till the early ours of the morning.

Anyway today we had the Steemfest-3 conference day 1 in a great venue, I am really enjoying the style for this years theme, actually more than Lisbon's one.
Many great talks today, we even used headphones which greatly improved the hearing of the talks and the amazing fact that you could instantly jump from one talk to another, hope to use this tech more really interesting.

And so with the talks and our dinner's finished for the today it was onwards to the bowling venue.
