Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 4/9/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Aug 2025- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day hopefully we can do better going forward. If only the body wishes and is strong enough, since the past 5 days I'm holding better. Still the Saturday 23th Aug I think, was the best day of recovery thus far. During the night I always hope for better sleep, I was feeling very tired not having taken the usual daily nap or even the time to rest some. I was actually surprised with how well I managed to sleep last night, there was no waking up multiple times during the night, and neither did I wake up hours to my alarm. Actually falling asleep was easier compared to yesterday, I focused a lot on keeping the positive mind chatter to minimal and I feel that helped me fall asleep faster. So somewhere in the middle I got some solid sleep, if only it was for longer that would of been great. I understand that the sleeping difficulties can happen when stressed, however my thoughts are not on the stress, pains, or even the frustration of not being able to sleep. I'm wondering if the problem is just in general the busy mind, I have noticed I'm thinking about other things to prevent the above problems, but having a silenced mind has also been rather difficult to achieve. Looking up the reasons for difficulty in sleep with such a illness it states it's mostly from the pains, which for me I have them more under control now. They mention that the general fatigue is from the body fighting the infection. So you would of thought rest and sleep would help here but it doesn't seem to exactly work that way. This mostly constant feeling of fatigue makes getting anything done in the day difficult, but it's got better. Strangely even with facing all these new problems daily, time itself still passes by so quickly in what feels like very sort days. This mostly just adds more stress on me as I try to get a few basic things done, and then I'm just not being able to do it. I have managed at least to take a break from all the researching, the comparing of tests that can be done for my health situation. I finally picked one and ideally I would love it if they could get closer to identifying the cause, but even if they do convincing the doctors these tests are for real will be another ordeal. Yes even if they are legit tests already being run within the health system that they "the doctors" work for. Most still have no knowledge of these tests and for the moment they are being used for different reasons. So maybe in the next 5 years but that will likely be too late for me. But another terrible hit for me was that again the tests that have been causing me all the delays was cancelled. And again due to staff sickness or so they say.. I'm honestly getting very suspicious about this whole thing, or wondering if somehow I'm applying to it incorrectly. But then if that was the case why tell me it's due to their own staff sickness rather than a problem with my application. It just makes you wonder at times what is the point of it all, like even trying when nobody has the time or the means to help you. Still I went back yet again today to try my luck on securing another test, and managed to bag one for the weekend. Well we will see how that goes or if I will get fobbed off yet again with lame excuses. While doing this I got the idea to check if the health care system even acknowledged that such test exists. Surprisingly they do and they were apparently launched in 2024 at some point. They actually have a few labs to get these test done but it's only 3 hospitals that cater for these tests, yet they have 7 labs that do the tests...that honestly makes no sense has to why it's still only rolled out in 3 hospitals. Unfortunately in typical fashion you can't travel to these hospitals to get these tests done, they will just deny you. You need to be sent there and from my understanding the doctor can only send you if they are searching you for cancer or if you have a extremely rare disease. I mean potentially I could fit into either one of those but none of the doctors would agree with me on that. A long the way on doing this research I'm discovering and learning new and amazing medical things. It's amazing what is actually out there, created by very ambitions and innovated people. But yet they are battling a system to get these life saving methods/treatments out to the people who need them. The system is really slow and messed up, these barriers are killing a lot of people. The general cost of health is just sickening, the people who are profiting from charging these silly prices is just inhumane. See there is also those in a grey area where they call themselves doctors but that's not exactly right, they are going for more natural solution to find cures. Don't get me wrong I believe in some natural methods having an impact but I'm not sure if we can fully fight such diseases and viruses on their own without some extra help. My message to these people are if you actually cared.. like you say you do, why are you not teaching and spreading your treatment to other doctors, so that costs go down and treatments became more affordable. Instead they seem to hog their so called treatments and charge stupid prices, and of course they mention it works %80 of the time. This is so when and if it fails they can easily reference that "there was always a small chance" it was never going to work. I believe there are solutions to most health problems, but isn't the role of disease to kill a certain number of the population. It's probably why even in 2025 we have barely found any actual cures to much of anything it seems. Is it all the inevitable, some of us are just destined to get sick and die without fight? Anyway most days I have been trying to get some paint work done, this is to deal with the mold slightly growing again in a troubled corner. Today I was able to finally get the last colour on, but due to a initial mistake and needing anyway a second paint over, it's still going to take another day. Hopefully one more colour to go and I will finally be done with one of the walls and I can finally move on to the next one. So my friends do be careful out there with the recommendations given by doctors, because people are dying everyday due to their incompetence.
