Light, Tasty and Simple Meals #3
I had wonderful meals yesterday, none extraordinary, yet each meal was delicious! I want to share with you in this article.
Breakfast
For a yummy breakfast, I had:
Lunch
A Zesty Quinoa Salad Entree
For dessert it was a choice of Mango Sorbet, Orange Sorbet and Raspberry Sorbet, which were all home-made from scratch.
I really loved this light lunch, and I enjoyed it tremendously!
Packed Dinner
The kitchen staff prepared individually packed dinners for people to bring with them on their chosen excursion to different locations. And this was what I got for dinner!
A Sandwich Wrap, a fruit, a bag of chips, and a French Butter Cakes (Madeleines). I haven't had soda for days, so I chose a soda for beverage.
This one is an Italian Turkey Wrap made of Sliced Chicken, a thick slice of Mozzarella slice of Cheese, Spinach, Tomato, Avocado with Balsamic Vinegar dressing, wrapped is a soft Spinach Flat Bread or lavash bread. Delicious!
This packed dinner was a bit "heavy", yet still so very simple.
I love sharing with you, and I hope that you don't tire of viewing consecutive food articles. Bear with me for a few days. I will be back home to California with my normal life schedules, and talk about precious metals.

I read about it’s health benefits, so I put a dash of turmeric in almost every entree I eat. I wish I brought it with me on this trip! I love that moji-you! I dunno where you get all of them. I don't mind all these food articles at all Ms. Saver in fact you may be able to compare them when you get back home to see how they do against food articles with things that you cook and prepare. Who Knows you may be the next Food Channel...........@silversaver888
