😄 Happiness Only Resides In The Present 🤔
A lot of people aren't happy. It's probably reasonable to say that we have the most unhappy people in our population now than we ever have. How is that possible with domestic bliss etc.?
Well, people have been placing their happiness or their allowance to be happy in a future goal, place, or state. Now that kind of thinking will ensure that you're never happy because when you get there nothing suddenly changes as you expected it might. Instead, you come up with another new goal that will supposedly make you happy since the last one didn't quite do it. Now you're stuck in the loop.
Now don't get me wrong, they aren't completely unhappy, they aren't depressed per say, but it's not quite there. It's because you're holding on to the hope that happiness will one day be achieved by some thing that isn't you. It's only by striving to be happy day in day out, RIGHT NOW, that you will actually be able to be happy and stay happy.
Stop making your decisions based on wealth! Happiness is the key to good health and a whole self.

Great saying :)@scottcbusiness I remember those days when I was working my way up about having an office. I have also noticed that most people that stay in that office don't know what's going on outside of it. Currently I have an office in every location where my company is located. Guess how much time I stay inside of it? Practically 0. I prefer being out with my team actually helping to get the work done and show them I am as much of the team as they are. That is what makes me happy. People don't realize what they really want. Once they get it they realize that that didn't really want it at all. They need to do what makes them FEEL happy. If you are feeling good, positive, abundant things seems to go much easier. It is more about feeling happy and once you figure out what makes you feel that way, you keep on doing that. Well that's my 2 cents on that subject. Good post. Oh great post by the way. I enjoyed the message within it.

It's all perception. You can be rich and troubled. Or broke as a joke and happy. I'm very thankful to have steem and be apart of this great community because you literally cannot buy that with millions of dollars.

You are so right. Happiness comes from within. That which we seek from the world is fleeting. This is so obvious watching the world cup. The stadium erupts when a goal is scored for the team but when the goal is against the supported team, the supporters weep.
