The Sloane viper fish, also known as Chauliodus sloani, are found in temperate tropical waters around the world, are small fish no larger than 30cm in length, but quite ferocious, with their long lower teeth that do not enter their mouth uses them to catch and impale their victims by moving at high speed after them, usually eating small fish and crustacean, and can also spend days without any food to be more difficult to hunt at 9000 feet (2,800m) deep.

El pez vibora Sloane o conocido también como Chauliodus sloani, se encuentran en las aguas tropicales templadas alrededor del mundo, son pequeños peces de un tamaño no mayor a 30cm de largo, pero, bastante feroces, con sus largos dientes inferiores que no entran en su boca los utiliza para atrapar y empalar a sus víctimas al moverse a gran velocidad tras ellas, usualmente come pequeños peces y crustáceo, pudiendo también pasar días sin ningún tipo de alimento al ser más difícil la caza a 9000 pies (2.800m) de profundidad.
Posee en su dorso una larga espina con un fotóforo al final, la cual utiliza como señuelo, encendiéndola y apagándola, a su vez tiene pequeños fotóforos en su cuerpo que le ayudan a pasar desapercibidos de otros depredadores. No se sabe mucho sobre cuánto pueden vivir, se estima que alrededor de 15 a 30 años, pero, en cautiverio tan solo duran unas cuantas horas, por eso es tan difícil para los científicos estudiar a esta extraña criatura que casi no se deja ver.

Cada vez es menos tiempo que me tomo coloreando, sobre todo porque ayer estaba super cansada, habia limpiado durante todo el día y cuando me senté ya eran las 5pm, era una guerra contra el reloj jajaja, al final como siempre termine haciéndolo con una lampara, quería subirlo a las 11 porque esta vez me prepare y redacté lo del pez mucho antes, pero... estos apagones no siguien un patron y llego fue a la 1:30am.
