Hoy prepare un almuerzo, rápido, práctico, donde hice bistec a la plancha, le coloque bastante aliños para sazonar, luego busque unos aguacates, tomate, cebolla, para luego picar para hacer una ensalada, dónde le junte mayonesa, mostaza, sal al gusto, donde quedó muy rico, luego monte una olla de arroz blanco para completar mi almuerzo del día y poder llevar para comer a la hora.
