Sometimes we have no choice but to cook quick foods, some people call them unhealthy but due to lack of time when you're going to school or at work and in a hurry , this kind of food will be your best option.
Canned corned beef for breakfast.
Put corned beef into your cooking pan. No need to put any oil since corned beef has already oil in it, this is to avoid excess oil.
Wait until corned beef is already cooked.
Now put this into a bowl or container. Now you have a good breakfast!

I love corned beef! What I do is that I usually saute garlic and onions first in olive/canola oil and put the corned beef after. Sometimes, I put cubed potatoes in, too! :D
yes.. that's a good mixed up. =) i did that when i have a lot of time but when in a hurry, will do the simple way.
