Hello steemit community! I only just heard about steemit after getting back into blockchain tech a few weeks ago, excited to be here. There is an incredible amount of good content here and I'm looking forward to following some of you. It looks like the community is growing every day, so I figured I'd jump in with everyone and share a little bit about myself.

I currently work in Facebook & Instagram Advertising, managing a small team of 6 social media marketers at an agency in Boston, MA.

Small fact > I used to own a small internet website called IndieGameStand that curated and sold indie PC games to help developers and raise money for charity. I regularly attend gaming conventions (PAX East 4 times, PAX South, and Pax Prime!), I even met my amazing girlfriend doing a panel on "How to get into the gaming business".

I don't have a YouTube Channel and even though I work in Marketing/Social media I rarely use the platforms in my personal time. I look forward to exploring and sharing on Steemit, it feels much different than other mediums. I'm not exactly sure what I will write about and share, but I can feel the urge to try.

I assume that 99% of the community on Steemit is a huge nerd so.....
