This website, Line Webtoon is really a retreat for comic readers! I've seen other websites, but they always ask you to pay for the 2nd chapter onward.
Webtoons is ABSOLUTELY free -- for both readers and authors alike!
Which also means that it is a great place for budding comic artists to refer to :O
I found this on Sunday and have been devouring it, even on Monday whenever I wasn't doing work, lol!
(Really helped me understand better about character development and pacing :P)
