The Diary Game//21/06/2024 // Cooling off on a Friday evening.
Hello great members of the steem Cameroon community and steemians all around the globe. I hope you are all doing great. Welcome to my diary.
Quite a busy week with lots of stuffs to catch up and fill in, I have been able to push all through till it's Friday. Now I have some time to rest and relax maybe indoor or outdoor.
Early Friday morning. I woke up really tired for keeping late night. Immediately I was up, I did some sports moves to strengthen and activate my body before I can carry on with my normal daily activity....
Initially I had planned to visit a facility to do some software updates on their system. So I left the house pretty much earlier. Upon arrival, I found that there's power outage just before I arrived.
I decide to hang around and wait till the lights are back, spend roughly 2 hours at the facility but then , no signs of light. So I decide to postpone the work for another day and head back home.
While at home, I got a call from my friends telling me there are in my home city. So I decided we meet up at a classy spot in town for catch up.
8:30 pm, I left my house and headed to the venue where we are supposed to meet. Upon arrival, my guys have already reached the vicinity since they had a personal motorcycle.
We had warm hugs, chatted for a little while. The waiter then come over with the menu. We decided to go for smoked fish. It's been some time since I lastly have that some I was really craving for that.
While waiting for our commands, we ordered some drinks to cool down. It was really amazing chatting with my friends , sharing old times memories and laughing at silly stuffs in the past.
Few minutes later our menu was ready and we were served accordingly. Everyone immediately kept away their phone and get to business. In order to grab a photo I have to ask the waiter to help me do it.
It was really amazing and the fish taste really to well. I love it and I am probably sure I will be visiting it any time soon.
After our meal we hang on a little while to have some more drinks. As time pass by we discuss and drink equally. By 11:00 pm, we decided to leave. Having some last minute chat, that's how we separate.
Dear diary and so happy to have my friends today, moments of love and laughter, emotions. I enjoyed the evening so well and I guess the did too. Thank God too for making the day possible for us.
