HOME STRETCH.
Well, once again I underestimated how much time I'd be pouring into a piece, but I'm confident to say I'm really close now. Only the feet, and the floor parts of the foreground are uncovered as yet. After I cover the last bits, I'll be leaving the piece alone for a couple days to hopefully dry a little so that I can get to the final touches.
If I have the time, it's an opportunity to either finish one of several of the pieces that's been sitting beside the easel, or to start working on the others that have been traced out for a while. We'll have to see!
I have a Fringe meeting and a birthday party tomorrow, and then we're taking the baby cat for some inoculations on Tuesday. Might not even have time to work on anything new, but we'll see.
