STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #5 : Chili Wraps - Original Recipe
Hi Steemians! Here is my entry for the Steemit cunlinary challenge : Unorthodox Chilied Dish
What you need:
- Olive Oil
- Cayenne pepper and Espelette pepper
- Red pepper
- Red bean
- cube broth
- Garlic and Onion
- Cumin and oregano
- Ground beef
- Peeled tomatoes
- Tortilla wraps
How to do :
- Chop onions and garlic
- Put them in hot olive oil for 10 minutes
- Add the Ground Beef and turn 5 minutes
- Remove seeds from pepper and chop them
- Cook in low heat and add all peppers + cumin, origan and salt
- Dilute the broth cube in warm water
- Add the dilluted broth cube and the tomatoes
- Wait for an hour, don't forget to mix from time to time with a spoon
- Have a break, drink something
- After the hour drain and add the beans
- mix and wait an hour more
- OK done!
- Put tortilla in the microwave for 20 seconds then add the chili
Enjoy!
