We are grateful for another opportunity, sometimes we feel discouraged by the happening around us, do we quite?No is the answer, last week's work as a moderator was swift no stress and over load. I handled my role diligently and I noticed same with other moderators in steem4nigeria community. As a moderator we have the role to check what a user is posting in our community. We have a comprehensive and standard template for reviewing post. In that template it covers this.

Observation.
I observed more participation in our community, active users are increasing every day, It's a sigh of growth. In the cause of my last week work I didn't catch any offender all the posts I attended to was excellent.

Suggestions.
Follow our community trial for more support, use your SP to support others it will not remove your steem power rather it will give curation rewards.
