More focused on health, Working day, Contests on Steemit and Food

I am very excited to write diary posts again after the mid-season break. I woke up at around 8:15 am, changed my alarm time from today. I started with my morning routine activity. I went for jogging within my apartment compound after a long time, covered 1 kilometer only, and felt Breathlessness so I stopped and started walking after few minutes and came back home. I realized that my ability to sustain prolonged physical effort (jogging) is now very low and I need to improve it. So I decided to start investing some more time on my health from today.

I did some exercise related to back pain and back strengthening for 15 minutes. After that, I took a bath and then had a quick look at the office hangouts group, twitter, Whatsapp, and steemit. I checked @steemitblog for the latest announcements. There were no new updates on @steemitblog.

I also read the top news on The Economic Times mobile app and checked my office emails, replied a few urgent ones to my team and customers.

Preparing Paddu

Homemade Paddu, Coconut chutney and Tomato ketchup

Now, It was 10: 00 am, time for breakfast. I had Paddu with tomato ketchup and coconut mint chutney. It is an Indian dish made by steaming batter using a mold. Actually, it tastes really great with coconut mint chutney but sometimes I eat only with tomato ketchup. The Cookware is of Prestige brand , called Paniyarakkal.

It was around 10:45 AM, I had to join an urgent project estimation meeting with a product manager, I reviewed the estimate, given my feedbacks, and finished this meeting in 30 minutes. After that, I joined a few scrum calls with the different teams who are working with me on various Logistics & Supply Chain Management projects.

In the afternoon, I spent some time on steemit and went through ongoing contests and results. It's interesting to see people participating in and enjoying the contests. I upvoted ankitwish and Isha.ish in MUSIC FOR STEEM - WEEK 12.

I had my lunch at around 2:30 pm. The menu was Rice, Dal fry with Palak, added a little bit ghee, and Roti. It was simple but tasty. After lunch, I sat on the couch and watched online news on TV for some time and after that, I continued with my office work.

The time passed quickly while I was working on office tasks and it would around 6 pm. My wife prepared a delicious burger and I just finished that in 2 minutes with coke. it was yummy. It was stuffed with alloo patty, Harissa, cucumber, onion, tomato, and some secret recipe which my wife doesn't want to tell me. lol.

I was working on and off till 9:00 pm. In dinner, I had Paratha, sliced potato fry, and the leftover Palak dal.

I spent some time in reading diary posts of 01st September in Best of India community.

That's how my day passed. Signing off, bye-bye.

Yeah, such projects have super cool features like online real-time shipment tracking along with Inventory management, picking, packing, order, rating and shipment booking features. All on a single web app with a lot of automation in it to make the process easy.

I realized that my ability to sustain prolonged physical effort (jogging) is now very low

You can increase your stamina in just 1 to 2 months time. Suppose you are running continuously for 1 KM, then try adding 100 m each day or say 1 min or 2 min each day. Do this consistently. You endurance limit will improve.

Harissa, cucumber, onion, tomato, and some secret recipe which my wife doesn't want to tell me. lol.

Well, time to make it open source :)

The homemade burger is indeed looking delicious.

Have a great day.

Steem on.

#onepercent #india #affable

You're right. I am planning in the same way to add few extra meters each day. My self target is to achieve 2 KMs in a month time.

haha, I will request her to make it open source but I know she will say its magic which only she could do.

#affable

That sounds good. In whatever way, if you are running continuously for 20 mins, and regularly, then that is sufficient.

What a writing skill you have got, with few words you explained your all day routine very nicely.
Paddu is very new to me.
Now I am waiting for you here very badly, whenever you will come to visit here in holidays , I will see all paddu waddu coming with you..hahaha
It's good to know that you are very exciting to write diary post again😀.
#affable #onepercent #india

Sure, I will prepare Paddu and will give you training as well. It's super easy and quick.

Now, I also know how to prepare Sambhar, South Indian style, do you wanna learn that too? I will bring Sambhar masala from Bangalore, I like the MTR Sambhar masala.
