good day fishing

what a day!!! I was so busy all day, that I could not find the time to eat anything, I did manage to drink a glass of tea and 1 glass of lemonade for all day. I had a double on pompano, which is always exciting. And did something I have never done before, I caught one that someone else lost. When I got it in the boat I saw I had 2 leads and thought wtf, then thought it must have gotten in one of my other lines, I fish with 6 poles, then I looked and nope all my poles are fine. I untangle the lead and it is attached to a short piece of mono with a hook, the hook was in the pompanos mouth, my hooks were empty, so all I can figure is the pompano broke someones line and was swimming around with the hook and lead trailing and the lead got tangled in my line. That is ok, I will take them any way I can. lol I ended up catching 85 pounds and my husband caught 78 pounds, together we almost made enough to pay our property tax. I am not being bitchy about it, I a very pleased we will be able to pay it. I was so busy that I did not think of making a video of me catching them, but took one of the off load at the fish house, then the fish house got busy when it was time for my husband to unload and I did not get any pictures of his fish. I wish I would have taken the time to get one picture of all our fish together it was a fine catch.
