My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2019

Busy day yesterday and managed to squeeze in a quick workout. Also managed to burn supper so there is that. Mmm

Started this morning workout. Gives a nice quick burn, so will be doing it for the week. Then hopefully switch it up next week.
