吃货记录| 广式早茶#1 Cantonese-style morning tea

很多外省朋友对广东人的第一印象就是爱吃,最具广东特色的粤菜作为中国著名八大菜系之一,地方特色浓厚,种类繁多,对色香味形非常讲究,充分迎合了广东人挑剔的味蕾。

广式早茶是粤菜的代表之一,也是目前全中国最正统的早茶。在广东,无论是家庭聚餐,还是相亲约会都可以用喝早茶的形式解决。

作为一个广东人,早茶也是一种人文一种风味。每天天刚朦朦亮,老头老太太就悠悠哉哉出门,约上三五老友,散步到各大茶楼,点上一壶茶,两碟烧卖点心,聊聊家里长家里短,直到午饭将至才散去。

现在来细说说我前几天吃过的早茶楼
点都德

点都德,广东话谐音“点都得”,意思就是怎么样都可以。第一代点都德在1933年就开了,80几年来因为种种原因开开关关。2013年,点都德的第三代人才又把老茶楼开起来的。

店内装修全部保留了老西关的建筑特色,更是沿用了小炉铜壶,功夫茶具,水慢慢煮,茶一杯一杯泡,看着大厅穿着小二服的服务员跑来跑去,熙熙攘攘,很有气氛。

早早就做好攻略必点乳鸽,两个人只能点一份。价格是¥18,可惜那天去完了,已经售空,非常可惜。点都德所有菜品都是这样现做现卖,卖完即止。服务员只会告诉你,明天请早。

继而转头继续点单,有好几个都是非物质文化遗产的菜品。
