First of all, I would like to say a big sorry to everyone as was busy in heeling myself as I have got rejected from someone and the relationship got at end. Sorry again that I wouldn't like to talk anymore about that as it's seems that again I am thinking about that sheet.

But now, I really hope that you will encourage me to go with the pace of life and we should not get stoped at the same place by the way. So I really need your blessings right now to speedy recovery from this situation. By the way without wasting further time lets focus on the today's topic.

Talking to Ourselves is Normal

Most of us all talk to ourselves in our mind. There is a dialogue going on within us. Often people do not consider it right to talk a little faster with themselves. But, experts do not believe so. Talking to yourself is normal. It's just a matter of what you talk to yourself.

Many times we are thinking about some idea or person in our mind. Many people keep cursing themselves in their mind. Seeing the mumbling of many people, you can understand that they are criticizing or criticizing someone. This mostly happens with people who are feeling lonely and need someone to talk to. Talking to themselves makes them feel good.

Talking positively to yourself is a good thing.

A lot of people used to talk to themselves, someone important doing this before meeting or performance. Doing this boosts confidence. This is normal. Talking positively to yourself also helps in giving the right shape to thoughts and experiences. This is the preparation done by the mind. It is also an effective way of trying to reach an important decision.

But, always talking to ourselves negatively about ourselves or others, not being able to stop ourselves from doing so affects us badly. If someone talks too loudly about themselves in a bad or wrong way, then seeing a psychiatrist can prevent the problem from becoming serious.

I hope that I explained the topic in details as i used to do in the earlier and I am in th noramal condition lemme know your opinion and also which part should Improve to give you my best. Thank you so much for being with me guys in this harsh conditon of my life.

I think it is totally normal to talk to one's self, especially in your mind or of no one is around. But, if you talk to yourself out loud or when other people are around, theb you may have a problem. 😄
Seriously though. Growing up,my father used to talk to himself and i thought he was absolutely crazy. But now, I find myself talking to myself daily.
