US dollar weakened against most currencies, except the Japanese yen and Swiss franc, even the tax-reform bill was finally passed by Congress.

EUR/USD was up for a third session as it advanced 0.3% to 1.1869. I will maintain short positions below 1.1880 with target at 1.1780. Above 1.1880 look for further upside to 1.1935 as target.

On the data slate there’s UK Consumer Confidence; Switzerland Trade Balance; UK Public Finances; UK Central Government NCR; UK Public Sector Net Borrowing; US Philadelphia Fed Business Outlook; US GDP; US Personal Consumption; US Initial Jobless Claims; US Continuing Claims; US Chicago Fed Nat Activity Index; US House Price Index; Euro-Zone Consumer Confidence and US Leading Index.
