USD remained firm, buoyed by rising Treasury yields as well as progress in President Trump’s proposed tax reform. The ICE Dollar Index gained 0.2% to 93.31, extending its rally to a third day.

EUR/USD slipped from the 1.1800 handle as it declined 0.2% to 1.1795, extending its losing streak to a third day. The pair is trading below its declining 20- and 50-period moving averages, which play resistance roles and maintain the downside.

RSI is also bearish. As long as 1.1815 holds on the upside, a new test of 1.1750 seems more likely to occur.
