The Diary Game//18-8-2024//Children's Convention
INTRODUCTION
Hello my fellow steem kids and parents here. Its nice to be here again after a while. Things has not been easy here, but God is my strength. I hope you are all doing fine. I am here to share how my sunday went, from church to the house and to a friends place to make my hair. It was a hectic day though, but i thank God it was successful.

Five days back, there has been no electricity light to pump water in my compound, due to tge glitch that made the whole state to bein darkness. So i was managing the small water i had and was hoping for light to come so i will have water to wash my cloth. Every light issue was resolved and there was light, and water.
I woke up around 6am and went straight to the bathroom to wash few of my work uniform. After washing, i prepared and left to church. This week was for the children's convention in my church. The Theme for the convention was DESTINED FOR GREATNESS. The children had their time for group presentation, individual presentation and a debate session.
Children between age 1-5 did a group presentation, by quoting a scripture that was given to them.
Another group presentation was the unique dancers. They showed their talent by dancing to a gospel songs. This sets are teenagers.
This is the children's crown queen that emerged as at last year children's convention. And she still wears the crown to this year's convention. The children's Peagentry couldn't hold this year, that why she still wears the crown. She did her presentation and talked about "The Time is Now". Everything you need to do is now, that you are still sound and healthy, don't give room to procrastination, for procrastination is a thief.
The last presentation was the debate. The topic of the debate was "parents are not responsible for their child misconduct, but the child is sorely responsible for their misconduct". There were three speakers from the supporting side and three from the opposing side. There were three judges and a time keeper.
The debate was very interesting and i learnt from their point. But i will love it if you can share your own idea on this debate as a child or parent. The debate was the last presentation for children's convention 2024. All the children went to the Altar and their spiritual father for prayers.
The whole church prayed for the children and their teachers that made the convention a success.

Still in church, but by this time and hour, it was the preaching that was going on. And the topic was on "FOUNDATION". After the preaching, eight prayer points was raised, and i prayed seriously concerning my foundation.
It was already time to get back home and proceed to the salon to loose the weaving on my head and wash it. Before i finished loosing my hair and washing it it was already past 3pm

I bought attachment that i will use in making a new hair. I decided to get home first and remove my choir uniform and eat before i go for plaiting. By this time it was already past 4pm, which was getting late, i didn't mind the time, because i had already made up my mind that if i don't finish plaiting the hair, i will continue the next day.
I thank God it went as i wanted. My stylist was fast enough and succeeded in finishing it by past 8pm, and i went home, freshen up and retired to bed. That was how i ended my day. Thank you for reading through my blog.
