My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2022

It has been raining a lot today. This morning it was cold and wet so I waited a bit until I went out for the usual walk. It was nice enough then to be tempting to go for a game of disc golf but I figured that the ground would be wet so I stayed home.

It is a good time to be resting a bit and sticking to some easier exercise for me. It is supposed to be raining off and on for the next several days. This is good because things have been dry around here and there have been many fires so the rain will be helpful. It feels like the air quality is much better now.
