introducing

hello Steemit

My name is Roel Lenssen, I am new on “Steemit” since 22 July 17. Now a bit about myself, I am 22 years old, and I live in the Netherlands. So don’t be mad if my English isn’t perfect, haha.

What am I going to write about?
I am an athlete for already 6 years (sounds long but it isn’t), of which a competition runner for already 4 years. Last year I had a couple injuries, so I had to put the competition-part on a lower pitch, but in September I will be back at the start line, starting with the “Maas Run” in Belgium. As you see my passion is running, therefore my writing will mostly be about running:

• The next couple weeks, will be about my recovery.
• My planning to get back in shape for the competitions.
• My training, (what I have eaten, the training itself, and the recovery)
• My competitions (how did it go, what place, time, recovery, preparations)
• Maybe something new in the future (like special trainings)

I also Work in a frame shop/ Art gallery. The shop is from my father, so I literally grew up with it. Since I can remember, I was always busy and interested in art and culture. As a child I also went to a lot of art schools and even a couple high school art academy. So, what will I write about this subject.

• The Art expositions which I visit.
• Potential Dutch artist.
• New technology for framing.

In my free time I do a lot of Cycling (on my mountain bike and race bike), just for fun, no competitions for now. And, I like to game on my PS4. So, what will I write about my free time:

• My training on the bike.
• If I find a really cool game for the PS4 I will let you know ;p
