Haha Michele @lil-mich … you made me chuckle loudly!!! I just walked into my Bestie’s (@bluescan) house, fired up Steemit, and here you are!!! I was telling him about our first encounters! It was all about your landscape being similar to The Canadian Rockies where I live and the color ORANGE! Yes ma’am, it was about the color ORANGE! Who wudda thunk? Hehe
I LOVE THIS! Don’t you? Isn’t life about making connections and developing relationships? We get to do precisely that on this amazing platform. We meet lovely people from all over the world, sharing experiences, chuckles, encouragement, inspiration, kindnesses! The #newbieresteemday folks, are absolutely amazing in the hospitality, teaching, mentoring, guiding, advising that they so generously give to us minnows!
Incidentally, ORANGE is soooo your color, young Lady! You are gorgeous in it! You should sit in your orange chair, with your orange shirt and orange jacket and take a shot!
During our conversation, @bluescan promptly pointed out his bright orange chair and suggested that I place my body in it and reply to you with a photo!
I am so pleased to meet you, Michele! It means much to me to make memories and we were able to because of the color ORANGE! It’s always the small things … Hugggs

Incidentally, @bluescan was responsible for getting me on Steemit and I will be forever grateful! He saw it as a perfect fit for "who" and "how" I am! However as much as this is soooo "my thing", it's soooo NOT "his thing"! It's all good! Different strokes! He is incredibly supportive and is aware of the joy I derive from this journey! He is happy with and for me. So happy, he introduced me to Steemit!

Haha ... you are very kind, @smylie2005! Initially I was just going to take a shot of the chair but @bluescan couldn't understand why it never occurred to me to sit in the chair and have the shot taken. It was about the ORANGE chair, after all, so it made sense to me! He prevailed! I will let him know you like his chair!

I went and checked it out! Not many can pull of that bright orange color and she does it flawlessly!! I love orange but cant attempt to pull it off! Now an orange chair, I can rock that! :D

I gave your greetings to @bluescan. He's the "quiet one". We do balance each other very well! I talk as much as I write, so his natural quiet disposition works quiet well to balance my chronic "buzz"! My friends and family call me "The Energizer Bunny" - shhh ...hehe
I was just looking at when he and I started on Steemit 50-something days ago, we were each other's only support! We were sitting beside each other, trying to learn about Upvoting, Commenting, Posting... on each other's posts!
Oh my goodness, I was so lost until my hero @davemccoy came to the rescue! My life on Steemit changed that day and it's been a wonderful experience getting to know exceptional people like you, my dear Paula, and so many others! Wow! Who knew?!
