[카일의 수다#167]떠나는 자와 남는자, 그리고 다운 보팅
안녕하세요, 카일입니다.
퇴사하는 동료와의 점심 식사
오늘도 동료 중에 퇴사자가 있어 함께 점심 식사를 했습니다.
개인을 위한 최선의 선택일테니 당연히 축하해줘야 하겠지요.
떠나는 자도 마음이 여러가지겠지만, 보내는 입장에서도 마음이 여러가지네요.
축하하는 마음과, 아쉬움, 그리고 나에 대한 고민.
직장인들에게 이직은 늘 고민의 대상인가 봅니다.
이러다 제가 최후의 1인이 되는건 아닐지...
다운보팅
다운보팅 기능이 생긴 이후로...
무분별하게 느껴지는 다운보팅때문에 기분도 같이 다운되기도 하고,
다운 보팅자들과 몇마디 대화(댓글)을 나누기도 했었는데요.
다운보팅의 순기능, 과한 보상을 막음으로써 그 보상의 고른 분배? Balance? 라고 얘기한 이도 있었고.
또 누군가는 보팅(좋아요)와 마찬가지로 다운보팅(싫어요)도 개인 자유의사라는 의견도 있었고.
결국은 하나의 포스팅이, 내 글이든 사진의 적정 보상이 대체 얼마냐 라는 질문이 나오더군요.
예를 들어, 최근 이 글은...
지인들과의 사진에 일상을 공유한 제 글은 $0.64만큼의 가치가 있는 글이라는 얘긴가봐요.
다만...
제가 느끼기에...
특정 고래들이 다운보팅을 하면 무차별로 다운보팅이 붙는 느낌이 드네요.
다운보팅이 들어오기 시작하고, $10에서 $5로 떨어졌다고 해서 누가 멈추지는 않으니까요.
ocdb라는 계정은 제일 마지막에 다운보팅을 했고 $0에 맞춰 보팅을 한 것 같네요.
과연 이게 스팀잇에 어떤 순기능을 할 수 있을지, 이것이 과연 적정하게 보팅을 하게 만들어 보상의 균형을 맞출 수 있을지 의문입니다.
스팀잇을 구성하는 것은 사람이고, 감정이 있기에 저 뿐만 아니라 많은 분들이 불편함을 느끼고 있는 것 같으니까요.
어쨌든, 일상적인 얘기를 하려 했는데, 결국 다운보팅에 대한 글이 되어버렸습니다.
모르고 있음 모를까 알게되면 스팀잇에 접속하기도 꺼려지는 기분은 어쩔 수가 없네요.
이 또한 지나갈...문제인건가요?
No, it is not a passing problem. If you don't change your posting/curating habits it will be continuous problem. Just check @cyberrn account. She is about to get shut down.
I read your post and complaining in detail. You are getting downvoted because you circle vote. 50% of your vote goes to only 7 accounts. I must say that is better than your friend @cyberrn. So you are getting downvoted much less compared to her. Also I think your content is better than many of the other Korean account. So good job!. Just try and spread your vote a little more and try not to self-vote (you are still self-voting at 10%, and you don't need to), because your post already make well above average rewards.
Be good and try to improve and you won't be downvoted. Its fairly simple.

everyone has different attention and reasons why do steemit. I dont think all people have enough time to do as what you said. then should they stop steemit?

I understand the time commitment, and I appreciate your concern. You are one of the good ones. All you have to do is to follow a curation trail https://steemauto.com/ You can choose anyone you like and your voting circle will immediately improve. Its not hard at all. Dobartim and Flysky are spammers, they are on 4 blacklists. If you associate with them this is what will happen to you. This is @dobartim below, his author rewards.... zero.
Just look at his Author Reward. He is shutdown. Now look which direction your friend @cyberrn is heading.
Please do not go there. Your content is better than them. I enjoy reading them. Please don't self-vote, and distribute your vote a bit more widely and you will be perfectly fine.

다운 봇팅 기능이 지금은 의미가 없는데 남발하ㅏ는거보면 속좁은 양키넘들입니다. 스팀가격도 방어 못하는 넘들이 무슨 권리로다가 이러는지...두고보고싶네요..
저 어마어마한 파워로 뭔가 좀 해보지..개미들 괴롭히지말고...싶은 생각이 들긴 했습니다.

개인적인 감정이라고 보다, 파워 게임과 사업적 관점 - 돈을 벌기위한 - 의 견제와 행위들이 아닐까 싶기도 하구요. 조직적으로 움직이면서 논리적으로 움직이는 것이 아닌가 싶기도 합니다. 스팀은 우리 삶의 또 다른 축소판 혹은 복제판일 수 있겠네요.
