Every year there is a light festival held in Amsterdam during the shortest days of the year. Artist set up interesting art over the city and there are two different routes to view them. Either by boat over the canal or by foot.

These light festivals are always so beautiful in the grey and dark winter in Holland. In November they always have Glow festival in Eindhoven, also such a gem in dark days!
