Hi Everyone!

I'm Jonny....I've been working for the worlds leading nutrition, health and wellness company, some of you may think "He must be healthy and well?".

The reality is I, and so many of us are far from it. Some of us don't realise it, some of us are in denial, some of us think we aren't when really we are and so so many people don't understand what it is. You might be thinking "What's this guy talking about?"

I'm talking about Mental Health and Wellness. I want to share my life with you, I want to help anyone who needs it, offer advice for those who need answers and find comfort in a community who accepts me.
I'm no psychologist but I've been in 'that' place long enough to know what it's like to live with mental health issues.

I will be posting a series of blogs from when I first met my close friends stress and anxiety, the new friends I make and the coping mechanisms I've created over the last few years.

The biggest reward is to know you have used your time, no matter how much, to make a difference to just one persons life.
