Steemit Blockchain Memory Project (The inner power)

A few days ago I was lucky enough to find a post that our friend @ mervancewalton published, where he invites us to participate in a new challenge, the slogan is to publish a memory or a memory that makes us feel good and was meaningful in our lives.

This post is the continuation of my story presented in advance, where it ends with the separation of my parents, a misfortune that we suffered as a family, however it helped me to make important decisions in my life.

After the separation of my parents we went to live in a very humble neighborhood, where I learned many things, especially to value what one has, the situation of the country was getting worse, although my mother formed a spot with another Sir, the money was not enough, for that reason I had to start working.

I was eight years old when I started working, with a mentality of a teenager of 15 years, that facilitated things to get a job, working as a child has its advantages, older people are more likely to pass on their life experience.

Before turning fourteen, I looked around and did not feel that this was my place, the experience acquired in recent years gave me a great maturation far superior to the neighborhood boys, it was the main reason to leave my home in search of a better future.

Use fragments of this story to represent my path through life, the story is inspired by "the search" is about an eagle that takes flight in search of satisfying their needs and knowing what their destiny is, a beautiful story that can be applied to my life experience

An old farmer owned his plantations on the edge of a mountain range, one day, taking advantage of the strong rays of the sun, he stopped working to take shelter from the sun behind some large rocks, when he did he saw an eagle egg, surprised, I take the egg in your hands.

Surely the last storm threw it out of its nest, I carefully control the egg, I feared it would have broken after the fall, however not only was it intact, it is also hot, synonymous with the fact that the fall occurred.

With the egg wrapped in his clothes to keep warm, he quickly left for home, his intention was to arrive and place it in the chicken coop next to the eggs that the chicken hen was brooding.

The days went by, until one day the chicks were born, among them a very different chick, in spite of everything the old hen adopted him without any inconvenience, he nursed, cared and fed until he could fend for himself.

The little eagle spent the day looking around and realized that this place was not for him, although he owed much to his mother, it was time to find his destiny, the old farmer saw the face of unhappiness of the eagle, who decided to speak with the.

 "Eagle, you are unique, be worthy! understand your nature Do not settle for being a poultry; fulfill your destiny; develop yourself, reach the heights. Commit yourself and get real!

After hearing these words, the little eagle had the need to take flight and know the world, however, his small wings only allowed him to take small jumps, even so he never gave up, day after day he practiced the flight and every time he could fly a little bit higher.

When she was ready, she prepared her wings to start the journey of her life, now she understood why she was different from her chick brothers, they had the destiny to live forever in the chicken coop, however she was destined to be free and get to know the top of the mountain, where he had to have been born, however fate works in a mysterious way, made him start from the bottom and learn in the ascent.

One morning he took off and started his journey to the highest mountain, he knew that this was his final destination, but he did not know everything that had to happen to get there, very early he tried the strength of his wings, something different he felt that day, she perceived within her heart the strength that made her capable of overcoming any obstacle and fulfill her destiny, inside her she could hear the voice of the mountain she said.

"It is an internal force that we all possess, but that few understand and keep alive. Many with the first rains are turned off. Others do not develop it and they are consumed. "

These words motivated him to take flight, slowly began to ascend the mountain, at the end of each day he stopped to recover his strength, where he did he found other pilgrim birds, moments that he took advantage of to know his flight experiences, some of them were not very clear what they wanted, their goals or what their destinations were, many stated that they lived only to feed themselves, lay eggs and create lives, others said that the best thing to do was to fly aimlessly, look for fun and live without work, this discouraged and disconcerted the eagle However, the inner voice was stronger and kept her on course.

At dawn of another day I take flight towards the top of the mountain, in a moment of the flight I see in the distance something that could be the top, seeing this, I intensify its flight, even though I try it could not verify it by the arrival of the night, without more had to postpone the trip.

She settled down to rest on a ledge of the mountain, when she saw the view she could see the presence of a bird of her own family, the hostess behaved kindly, had been established in the place for a while, after a very amen proved that his companion had the same intentions of reaching the top, however he found his comfort zone in the place, abandoning his dream, he listened very sorry to the declarations of the old eagle.

 "I've never felt satisfied here, because I do not see the opportunity to realize myself. But this situation has an important advantage: Give security! And with this I am satisfied. "

When she heard the last words, she fell asleep.

Very early he started the trip, in a few hours he was able to reach the highest peak in the world, while observing the beauty that was around him, he could not help remembering everything that had to happen to get there, in that moment he felt a great satisfaction .

Like the eagle of history I had to choose many paths to trial and error, the roads whatever your choice is never easy and if it is, it is better to get away from it, I met many people from whom I learned a lot, it was vital to get where you are, perhaps for a lot is little achieved, however when you come out of nowhere, the little you get is an eternity.

I contacted many pilgrims, who despite the effort did not advance, I was always of the opinion that there is nothing that you can not get, if you want it with your heart and fight for it there is nothing impossible in this life.

No matter what your destiny or the goal that you have proposed in life, if you fight tirelessly for it, you will surely get it, it is very common to be discouraged in the process, however you should never stop listening to the voice of your inner being, it is the engine and fuel to achieve success.

Remember that in the face of adversity you have to resort to your inner power!

Today, almost to my fifties, I vividly remember the beautiful days I have lived in my beloved Ponce neighborhood, but that is another story.
