Do you like homemade chocolate chips Muffins?
I love all the homemade baking include Chocolate chips muffins and i enjoy it with a cup of tea or at the morning with cup of coffee.

I never out of homemade muffins or cookies, i just make it every single week for my kids and of course for my tea time ;)
and today i'll share with you a very easy muffins recipe with simple and tasty ingredients, just follow the steps and voila you'll have a great muffins by your hand.

Chocolate Chips Muffins Recipe

Prep time: 10 mins
Baking time: 25 mins

Ingredients:

120g soften unsalted butter (room temperature)
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk
100g Chocolate chips

The way:

Preheat oven at 365°F, 180°C.
In a large bowl sift the flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, stir together butter and sugar then add 2 eggs, one at a time until blended.
Add the siften flour mix and milk into two phases.
Stir just to combine.
To the chocolate chips add 1 tbsp flour, mix until the flour cover the chocolate chips.
add the chocolate chips to the muffins mixture, mix to spread.
Spoon the batter into prepared muffins liner.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Remove muffin to a wire rack. Cool for 5 minutes.
