This is fifth and final step I'll provide.

Today, we will talk about another way of attacking CPS/Child Support. Compelled use of SSN. It is against the law for an agency to compel you to provide your SSN, UNLESS your: getting married, applying for some licensure, opening a bank account or trading stocks/bonds. If you exercise your right to keeping your SSN private, kudos.

What Child Support AND CPS does is take your SSN and run it through a high speed national service. This is compared to the new hire database and various other tools (bank accounts, etc). The goal of this is to be able to locate a person nationally yet the drawback is it surrenders your right to privacy. It also hurts your chance at any reasonable employment as this shows up on a background check.

It violates your constitutional right to be secure in your effects, papers and siezures. There is real damages here.

So one should and must speak to this in complaint with courts.

Writing the complaint

When writing your complaint as I have said before be sure to spell out codes specifically. Typos are ok. But the judge needs to have an idea how your presenting this. Keep it short and simple. Dont put in slanderous or language thats offensive, should be a no brainer. Only use laws that can be tied to your complaint. Ive listed a bunch below. (See references)

You should be able to explain what DUE PROCESS is, how it was violated, the frequency of times it was violated. And so on and so on with all your other rights.

Most judges will consider state rights and immunities before federal. So be sure to cite the rights (code) both for state and federal. Everything Ive written is the same for every state and federal. Nobody is left behind.

Emotionally this seems like a huge battle. Most of the people I have met and spoke to about this matter is depressed and rightfully so. But try your best to remain calm cool and collective. Its ok to show the injury caused, its ok to cry a little. But try to remain calm, carefully not letting your emotions influence your words.

Damages

In this regard I cant advise you nor even mention an amount to claim per violation. So Im not going to. Just know each violation of your right, immunities and your children carry a monetary value.

For CPS (x) + (federal match)+(state incentive)+(amount awarded to foster family)

For Child Support/Alimony (x)+(federal match)+(state incentive)+(amount paid in) +(y)

X is equal to the amount you come up with.

Y is equal to the amount in arrearages.

Dont EVER use the strawman approach, (IE name in all caps is a corporation, I am not a corporation) because it will not work. At all. You will be dismissed, with prejudice.

The truth of the matter is, that YOU are apart of a corporation as long as you use a SSN. I might write more on this later.

The last and most important things you can do:

1. During an investigation IWO, you can write a cease and desist letter to agency (employer if there is and IWO). This also notifies agency, or employer that your rights are being infringed upon giving them a chance to take remedial action (desired outcome)

2. When writing complaint and speaking to judge you SHOULD:
   A. Cite precedents and state you will win appeal
   B. Ask for jury trial on your complaint form
   C. Know the code your using along with federal manual
   D. Point out that IV agencies are services
   E. Specifically cite judge's determination in complaint (Step 4, J Scalia)
   F. Do not bash custodial parent, they where seeking help and they are not source of your problems.
   G. Talk walk do everything with dignity and respect, even if you feel like Terminator on the inside. Be respectful.
   H. You are fighting contracts, NOT CHILD SUPPORT OR CPS. Thats it. Contracts.

***All correspondence should be sent via a server, someone 18 or older and that is not a member of your immediate household. It is better if you send it certified. Best if you hire a lawyer to deliver paperwork.
