It's really fun people watching basically anywhere in Tokyo (anywhere in Japan, actually haha!☺). We have witnessed a lot of interesting people while walking around Takeshita Dori. But of all the people enjoying the hustle and bustle at this place, one person stood out.

It's a real life stylish Heihachi Mishima from Tekken haha! (A bigger buffer version haha☺)
I was just so amazed on how he shows his character, especially his cool hair!

    Tons of freedom of expression there and individuality when it comes to style. One thing that is very refreshing about Tokyo. And it's all part of it. Like you said, it may not be so easy to get away with it in other places. Or perhaps it would just stand out more. Same here in Korea. Travel to Japan always brings a fresh sight for the senses with all the different colors and personalities :) nice one.
