Culinary contest
I am @hudamalik20 from Pakistan. How are you all ?. I Hope you all are well and doing great in your life .Today I am participating in this "Street Culinary" organized by @irawandedy through this contest I will share with you all about my favorite snack Golgapa in Steem for Betterlife.So let's start.
Through this contest, I am going to give a review of the street food Golgapa, which my uncle has been selling on the same road for years.I and my friends used to buy Golgappy together .Thinking back to my childhood, I remember the tasty street food we used to munch on after our school time these Golgappas .
These little snacks were more than just food ,they were like mini flavor explosions in our mouths.

Me and my younger sister went to the main road after breakfast in the morning and this uncle was still standing here selling this Golgape. took the pictures here. If I tell you what ingredients are included in it, it includes potatoes, gram, green chillies, coriander and many other spices.
We first reached and greeted uncle and he recognized us and was happy that after so long you came to buy something at my Reddy. After that we ordered for 150 Rupees and around 2 STEEM and we have a choice that we can order for home or sit and eat there so we ordered sit and eat there and uncle said your order will be ready in ten minutes.
After that uncle started making gol guppe first he took crunchy gol guppe in it he added potato gram coriander mint and on top he added two kinds of sweet and sour chutney then separately he made sour water and put it in a bowl.
We talked to Uncle for a long time and played with our phones. The weather was nice with clouds and a cold wind hinting at rain. After ten minutes, our food arrived. I took a picture of the Golgappa first. My little sister ate it, and then I did too. It tasted great and reminded me of the fun times with friends after school.
