I've noticed that rural people are quite healthy and hardworking, even in their old age. May be because they eat organic food, live in harmony with the nature, do the basic daily routine works with all their heart and sleep heavily. What do you think?

It’s a balance of a diet and exercise. Rural villages are usually don’t have standard ageing deceases such as cardiovascular deceased because they don’t eat much processed food and they are moving a lot, most of them are still farmers, fishermen etc. Our bodies are not developed for sedentary life as it is in western countries. The environment people live and age is they key to healthy ageing. Everyone can makes small changes to their environment to be and stay healthier.
