Gold Is About To Make A Big Move
It appears that we could see a big move in the markets very soon. A move that is much bigger than today’s flash crash.
Below, is a comparison of a 7-year Gold and US Dollar index chart (from tradingview.com):
Historically, gold’s biggest rallies occurred while the Dollar index was falling. Both of these appear to have reached a critical area on the chart, from where a big rally or crash is likely to occur.
Gold is very close to a major breakout (at the green line). However if it does not break out soon, then the recent attempt is a major “fail” which could result into a crash towards the $1000 – level. A breakout at the green line could set-off a huge rally.
The US Dollar index already broke down (at the thin black support line), as indicated; however, it is currently at a support area (thick black support line) from where it could rally significantly.
Based on the historical relationship, it is likely that if gold spikes higher, the Dollar index would crash – the green arrows scenario. On the other hand, if gold crashes, then we could see the Dollar index spike higher – the red arrows scenario.
Notice how gold has been trending lower since the peak in 2011 (indicated by the blue line), while at the same time, the Dollar index has been trending higher (blue line). We could soon see this trend reverse, especially if gold breaks out of the downtrend (green line).
This week could be very critical, as far as determining the direction for gold and the dollar.

Yep it will get slapped with a big assed wad of paper gold, and that will be that. One of these days that isn't going to work, and if you don't already have some stacks, you wil be watching the train leave the station luggage in hand. Sad ending...

Silver will do better :) But both are good
if it does go down just another opportunity to buy more as far as I'm concerned.
