Help! The Twins Need Nicknames...
I'm almost caught up to date on the twin blog but I've realized it's getting harder and harder to simply call them "the twins" or "our girls."
Sometimes I need to designate between the two, but I don't want to just use their initials. And right now, I'm not sure I want to share their names either. Who knows what it will be like for our kids growing up? I mean, when everyone finds out that they stand to inherit my Steem "empire," a little anonymity might be helpful. LOL
So other than Thing 1 and Thing 2, any suggestions?
I was thinking fish names might be cute (okay, that sounds a little weird) but in keeping with the Steemit archetype of minnows and whales ...

or Koi and Bubbles?
Or Star and Coral?
Or Waves and Sandy / Sandy and Waves?

Yes, even harder than choosing their real names! LOL I keep looking at them and going through the nicknames. I even tried calling them by different ones to see how they responded ... I'm terrible at decision-making when it comes to things like this. In a crisis, I can handle it, but trivial things? Nope.
Water theme seems good....maybe Beta and Snorkles?
Ariel(sp?) and Moana? Two movie characters?
And I agree anonymity for our kids in our Online presence is a great idea!
Though we try to steer clear of Disney... I can see how those two could work! Fun, fun!

I feel this is mostly serious... and still I am tempted to come up with some silly.... and slightly embarrassing names.

Too hilarious! My husband was offering similar suggestions, so you're in good company! And GIFs ... he has entire conversations in GIFs. I will be sure to pass these along and see what he thinks.

Nice, we are on the adoption waiting lists atm, about two more years and we should have a little thai person living with us.
