Yes, they are! My husband and I are in the process of adopting them right now. Here's my latest update. If you're interested, you can follow the links there to read our story about how we became parents overnight... I'm blogging their story so I can share it with them someday.
Nice, we are on the adoption waiting lists atm, about two more years and we should have a little thai person living with us.
