Great article thanks for sharing this!
I think the best thing new steemians can do is simply buy at least 100 SP and make a few good comments while up voting and resteeming good posts.
Once you get the feel for the platform I would advise starting to make posts that target a specific group of people (for example maybe you are into surfing)!
Be sure to check out my post regarding this as well: https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@bigdeej/why-are-you-powering-down-when-you-should-be-powering-up
and this one as well: https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@bigdeej/why-purchasing-steem-power-and-steem-dollars-matters-beginners-guide

actually it's not zero. its 0.8 or 0.9 or something like that decimals depend on your steem power. i find out that when i up-vote someone and i gave them +1 cent and then up-voted someone and it did nothing. that means that someone like me that had 0.8-0.9 value up-voted before me and did nothing then i up-voted and changed value. so new users don't worry. after upvoting even if price does not go up does not mean you did nothing and you will still get curation reward based on price of course.

No Need to buy steem if you don't want to! Just post Articles, make comments, and re-steem, etc.. to build up more SBD, SP.

What an awesome post. For building trust I believe so much on all the nuggets stated by you. I just pick one out of many:
Take responsibility – when something goes wrong and it’s your fault, take responsibility right away and focus on the next steps. It’s easier to trust someone who owns up to their mistakes.

I'm following you to receive more from you. @hassan123

I think the hardfork is forked. The was a couple times last week when I made one upvote and the normal upvote was not the usual .02 but some huge amount. I checked my vote power -it was at 0. This prevents people from interacting in a social environment. Just the opposite of what we should be encouraged to do.

I use steem.now a while ago and I realized that my voting power for being a new user decreased to zero. First it was 0.05, then 0.01 and finally zero. Not a good start for me :'(

do not lose hope work hard or buy some power

When I started with Steem a month ago this was the norm for everybody. Each upvote just used 0.5% of the voting power. After hard fork 19 on June 20th they increased that to 2% voting power. But that created a whole other field of problems which drained the total voting pool much faster than before.

very sad for new members so they should alot more vote power for new user so they can start steem

With the current system where voting power = money that will never work. All newcomers are delegated 25 Steem Power, which I think is a great idea. But I agree, it could be more motivating for newcomers to have some more influence.

There is a big promoter of basic income in the introduction channel right now. He suggested that a bit of all payouts should go to all Steemit users. I totall agree. I rather pay for ten people from which just one earns it than not paying at all. If I wojld have to option I would always hand out part of my pay outs to the community.

You mean more granted to them initially? That encourages more fud. I think each user should have to earn ALL that they get, imho. Because then; perhaps only the true people who care about the platform and are not here to just "make money" will grow.

I just checked on your account @hassan123 using steemnow.com I see your voting power is slowly increasing again (like mine). Every time you vote on a post or comment you lose part of your voting power it can go all the way to zero, in that case it will take a few days to recover full power again.
If you check out my account, I have 407SP but my vote power is currently only 0.04 (normally 0.07 per 100% vote), simply if you vote a lot you lose a lot of power fast, so spread your votes as you are also voting at 100%, when we do that it goes FAST.
You got an upvote & resteem
Steem on beyond the moon, we know we can go further than that. Good luck to us all.

yeah but vote power reset every 24 hour some are earing less with good power due to low reputation may b i guess

That is incorrect: Your vote power replenishes 20% each day, so you will need five days to go from 0 to 100% again. Each 100% upvote will burn 2% of your voting power. So you can vote about 10 times a day with 100% to burn 20% and have full power one day later again. To burn less you can slide your voting slider (only available with 500+ Steempower) to 25% voting power for example. Then you can upvote about 40 times each day.

Thanks for the info

It can take much longer than 24 hours if there is a lot of voting, even if there is a lot of SP. Mine for example will take days to get back to full power as I am still voting daily using 100% of my available vote strength (not worth much now...boohoo) .

Within 24h you are regenerating 20% Steem Power. That means it takes five days to go from 0 to 100%. This is the same for all users.
