Breaking 🚨 SEC will not appeal court decision on Grayscale BTC spot ETF!
Reportedly, the SEC(Securities Exchange and Commission) is not planning to appeal the ruling. That means the possibility of the change from GBTC(Grayscale BTC) to BTC spot ETF is increasing. Of course, they can delay it more until the deadlines. But, it would be difficult not to approve anymore.
Take a look at the Grayscale premium.. 😨 The premium was around -50%, which means the BTC was discounted around -50%. Terrible! However, it's been recovering, and now the premium is around -16%. Nice!
Take a look at the above table. The 2nd deadlines are mainly scheduled to few days later. I think the SEC will choose either a delay or an approval. It's a definitely matter of time. It's gonna be difficult to delay until the beginning of next year.
