Finally, after what feels like being here for 6 months, I have reached my first month on Steemit!! I thought I would take the time to feel grateful that I found this awesome platform, and write a few of my highlights so far!
1. Learning Way More About Crypto (or Attempting To):
That was one of the objectives I had when I started using my Steemit account. Before Steemit, I relied on my husband to manage the small amount of money I had in crypto, which I had just in Ethereum. Now I do it myself, I also make my own decisions about what to buy and I hold a few different coins.
I have had some fangirling moments during my time here in Steemit over people that I really like and admire commenting on my posts or following me.

3. The Community!
I really don't know what I expected when I first jumped on Steemit, but I definitely didn't expect the kind of community that exists here. I have made little Steemit friendships with so many people on here, and I have found @teamaustralia who are absolutely amazing and have helped me a lot.
I do notice some friends that I have made along the way becoming discouraged or disappearing from Steemit, but it is good to see others like @dontstopmenow@andyluy and @princessmewmew consistently posting on here.
4. Creativity
When I opened my Steemit account, did I think I would be posting poems? or recipes? Definitely not! The thing I love about Steemit is you can post about anything and everything. So this week for example, I have managed to post about mental health - beating the Monday morning blues,
I love Steemit so much, there are always new and different things to write about... if only we didn't have jobs to go to so we could have more time to write them!!

For me ,it has been amazing even though i havent earned much lol but what i have withnessed so far here on this platform is outstanding. The love and support is remarkable . i am here to stay and share my views on the issues of the lovable and crazy world. Its a journey and mine has began.
