BBQ shrimp and chicken kebabs
Hi everyone.
I wanted to make some BBQ this evening, because we're having a little warm spell.
Peeled and washed some shrimp
Mixed them with tomato paste, olive oil, dill and basil
Put them on skewers
Then prepared the chicken skewers
I had marinated the chicken cubes in balsamic vinegar, cumen, paprika and Mrs. Dash
Then skewerd with red pepper and onion pieces
Fired up the pellet smoker grill
All on the grill
After a little while
Then after a few times turning them they're ready to eat!

That's sweet. How long did it take to smoke them and at what temp?
It was about 20 mins. I put it at 375 degrees.
