February Run #28: Just enough
Now it's clear that I won't reach the B goal for this month - 203 kilometers in February.
Yet I will reach the A goal which is to run each day at least two miles.
Tonight it was an obligatory run and nothing more. The day was packed, the week was long, and I am in a dire need of a long sleep.
So, the run was 3.4 kilometers long in an easy tempo.
The map and profile ah recorded by the Coros Pace watch.
One more run tomorrow. It will be another short run. Lots of activities and running will have the lowest priority.
All the data is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.
