Color Challenge, Sunday Purple: "The Crown Chakra" painted by @errymil

The 7th chakra is the Crown chakra and is located at the crown of the head, it connects us with the universe and the Divine source of creation.

The Crown Chakra allows us to experience mystical oneness with everyone and everything in nature, it goes beyond the limit of our own ego. It is the way of transcending the ego and knowing that all of creation is interconnected at a fundamental level. It is the meeting point between finite(the body and the ego) and infinite(the universe and soul). The thousand petal chakra embraces an attitude of gratitude for one's life. We are guided by the higher power and feel divinity from within and from without. Once we realize that everything is interconnected, that we are part of the larger scheme, the way i put it is we not just a drop in the ocean, but we are the ocean in 1 drop. When we realize this we begin to live life in gratitude, faith and trust, rather than filled with fear and anxiety.

In Meditation, find a place that you wont be distracted, either a lotus position or sitting in a chair, make sure that your back is straight and dont lean on anything, just allow to find your balance. Then focus on your breath, inhale and exhale, then when you finally relax all your muscles, focus on the top of your head and make it as wide and open as the sky. And use this affirmations:

• I am part of the Divine
• i honor the divine within me
• i listen and connect to the wisdom of the universe
• i am open to letting go of attachments
• i live in the present moment
• i am grateful for all the goodness in my life
