The Fourth Chakra, Heart chakra and is located in your chest where the heart resides, it is commonly associated with LOVE!
The Heart chakra is associated with the element of air, is the center for unconditional love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness and tolerance. It is the center of your deep bonds with other beings, your sense of caring and compassion, your feeling of self love, generosity, kindness and respect. On the flipside, hate, fear, envy, anger and despair reflect an imbalance in this area. It is the middle point of the 7 chakras and is the bridge between body and mind!
This is my favorite focus area of meditation, in my experience, i place both hands to my chest, and focus on your breath and listen and imagine your hard pumping full of love and vibration, then use this affirmations:
- I am open to love
- i deeply and completely love and accept myself
- i live in balance, in a state of gratefulness and gratitude
- i am open to love and kindness
- i accept things as they are
- i am peaceful
What a great feeling it is to be alive and to show love to yourself and to everyone that surrounds you!

When i have out of body experiences,my third eye if filled with energy.But i never done any work on chakras.They are not in my believe system. :)
Its just another method of meditation and energy centers in the body. Its also associated with parts of the organ, its also agood way to heal thy self. Specially the heart as a lot of people has problems with hypertension. Thanks for your input @coolthings
Omg !! You just found a loyal follower I used to work on my throat chakra, my head chakra , etc.. I used to be able to see people's Aura. Pretty interesting stuff you have here

Your chakra paintings are beautiful! The heart chakra is one of my favourites to meditate on as well. Although I've struggled a lot with keeping it balanced. Love your words.
